Slow Cooker Baby Food: Squash and Garlic

- Total Time: 2-4 hours
- Makes: A week's worth of dinners or MORE
Yellow squash, peeled, cored and cubes
2 cloves of garlic
Chop the veggies, put them in the slow cooker on high with a couple of TBS of water and the garlic. Should be easy mashed with a fork after 2-4 hours. Check often. It's finished when you can easily mash it with a fork but for younger children you can puree within an immersion blender.
